What CAN’T go in the dumpster?
Hazardous Waste, Asbestos, Chemicals, Oils, Fuels, Pesticides, Acids, Paints, Cleaners or Degreasers. Radioactive materials, Explosives, Septic Tank Sludge, Semisolids, Tires, Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, TV’s or Computer Monitors.
Do I need to be there when the dumpster is delivered?
We would prefer that there is someone available at the location upon delivery so that we satisfy all of your needs regarding placement. However, if you are unavailable, we will do our very best to put the dumpster in the most desirable location for you based on your instruction. Please keep in mind that if the dumpster needs to be moved to a different location, there will be a small additional charge.
How should I pay?
Easy! We accept credit cards! We will accept payment over the phone and then send you an invoice. The initial payment will be due upon delivery of the dumpster. We will follow up with an additional invoice if there are any additional charges.
Will this damage my driveway or yard?
We do our best to carefully deliver and pick up the dumpsters but the dumpsters are very heavy! We avoid placing the dumpster on paver driveways as those driveways are more delicate. We also provide wood that is placed under the wheels of the dumpster to avoid any damage. 99% of the dumpsters that Christensen Recycling delivers do not cause any damage. However, we are not responsible for damages to the surface of where the dumpster is placed.
Do you offer a discount?
We have worked very hard to create an efficient business model in order to price ourselves much lower than the competition! Upon comparison, we feel that all our customers are getting a discount!
When is the dumpster picked up?
We typically pick the dumpster up when you give us a call and let us know that you are finished with the dumpster as we do not want to rush you or inconvenience you in any way. You can also set up a schedule pick up date when booking the dumpster. Please keep in mind that each specific dumpster rental is priced with a rental time frame quoted into the price.
