A dumpster is a dumpster so it s the customer service that sets these guys apart. I spoke with someone immediately who recommended the best size and worked with me regarding scheduling. I would use them again for my next dumpster rental.

They were very professional and responsive. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, the dumpster arrived very late in the day causing a delay in my clean up. However, they were very prompt in picking up the dumpster on the return date.

Mike was super nice. I ordered and dumpster and had to change the delivery date and Mike was very accommodating. The dumpster was delivered on time and actually earlier than expected. I highly recommend Capital Waste recycling to anyone who is in need of a dumpster.

They were very professional and responsive. The only issue was they did not call me to advise of over weight charges they just charged my credit card. I just would have liked to have known.

Very professional, courteous and reliable. They showed up at the appointed day and time for delivery and pick up of the dumpster I rented for an estate clean out. All of their dumpsters have double doors on one end allowing for the renter to walk in and not have to toss material over the top. This was a huge help with disposing of heavier items. I plan to use them again for the next phase of the clean out.

Good rates on the dumpster, but be careful on the extra weight charges

I assure you that we are a company of great pride and integrity and you do not have to be careful of extra weight charges. You get what you pay for with the weight. If you go over weight there is nothing that I can do because we have to pay extra at the dump for overweight containers. All we do as a company is forward the extra charge to the customer because if we didn’t then we would lose money on each overweight container . Depending on the size of the container that you order, there is an adequate weight limit that coincides with that particular container which in most cases is more then enough weight for the average project.

Very accommodating. Always called back when promised. Driver was friendly and introduced himself and positioned the dumpster right where I wanted it. Called for pickup on a Thursday afternoon and it gone by noon on Friday. Great service. Thank you Ken.

Excellent company to deal with-highly recommended. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule and deliver the dumpster exactly when I needed it. Also, excellent communication before receiving the dumpster, and during arrangements when coming to pick it back up. I will use Christensen Recycling in the future when I need a dumpster again.
